6. Subscription & Payment
PERIODiQ offers free and paid subscription tiers:
Free Tier: Basic features with limited AI access
Premium Tier: Full features with unlimited AI ($7.99/month)
Elite Tier: Premium plus advanced reports ($12.99/month)
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
You Own Your Data: All health data you input remains your property. You can export or delete it at any time.
We Own Our Content: PERIODiQ's design, code, articles, media, and branding are owned by PERIODiQ. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
PERIODiQ is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for health outcomes, pregnancy outcomes, or medical decisions
